• Deadline - District Wide Flu Vaccine Clinic Forms Due to Office by TUESDAY, OCTOBER  5TH. 

• **Additional Information: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1st the Hesston Pharmacy in collaboration with the HAS are offering FREE flu shots. They will be having a clinic at the King Park Shelter House from 9 am - 1 pm. They are asking that you bring your insurance card if you have insurance.
